Making Building Sites More Attractive

Hot on the tail of the artwork team led by Tom Ewing that has beautified the Prestongrange BathHouse Windows, Laura Young and Joanna Mawdsley have now added new mural board art to the town - even if only temporarily.

Using designs from children in the town they have created boards to hang on the wire fencing surrounding the Town's 'Carnegie' Library on Ayres Wynd which is currently being renovated and extended. Their work was 'unveiled' by Provost Pat O'Brien as reported here and is shown in full glory below. Certainly cheers up an otherwise dreary view.
