Extraordinary Meeting of Members of PAF [2006] Limited

NOTICE CONVENING AN EGM OF PRESTOUNGRAGE ARTS FESTIVAL [2006] LIMITED

All Members are hereby notified that an Extraordinary Meeting of all Members will take place under Article 22 at The Prestoungrange Gothenburg at 7pm on Wednesday August 27th 2008 being the company's Registered Office (unless by an earlier date a minimum of 75% of all Full Voting Members shall agree in writing under Article 32), to consider the following Resolution:

"That the definition of our 'Community' used in our Memorandum of Association clause 3(a) be amended to include all qualified persons living within the Post Code area EH32 9 with no Postal Walks whatever excluded".

"That the Chairman or in his absence the Secretary shall immediately notify The Scottish Ministers of this intended change as required under Article 61(2) and provided it is acceptable to them, when approved by the Full Members howsoever the Secretary shall lodge the said Resolution with Companies House forthwith.
