Prestoungrange Photography Competition 2002
| COMPETITION RULES |
- The subject of the competition is 'History & Today in
Prestonpans'.
- By submitting a photo, you accept the competition rules.
- Photographs must have been taken by the entrant who
must hold the copyright.
- Entry to the competition grants free and unlimited reproduction
rights to the Prestoungrange Arts Festival Society. Condition
of entry is that entrants are deemed to have assigned
the copyright in entries to the Prestoungrange Arts Festival
Society, which will have the right with no further permission/payment
to publish all or part of any entry or use it in any way
it thinks fit including syndication or other commercial
purposes.
- The closing date for entries is October 14, 5pm. No
responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries
that do not reach Prestoungrange Arts Festival Society
by this date. Proof of posting does not constitute proof
of receipt.
- Professional photographers are excluded from taking
part. These are defined as any individual whose primary
source of income is from the sale of photographs, or who
has part-time or full-time employment as a photojournalist.
- The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence
can be entered into.
- No alternative, cash or otherwise, will be given for
any of the prizes.
