Hearing the Tale .. Battle is Coming to The Pans

Hot drink and a cake included ...

Two events at the Prestongrange Heritage Museum precede the annual re-enactments a week later at Greenhills. They can afford a better understanding of what went along on the field of battle in 1745 and what the re-enactments each year seek to capture and retell. The Prestonpans Tapestry is on display at the Museum too [or at least one half is, the other half of this mighty 104 metre artwork is on display at the Prestoungrange Gothenburg!]

The two sessions are organised by East Lothian Council and the 1745 Battle Trust. Full details are given in the poster below.
