Art Workshop & Classes

Art workshops were initiated with a small Millennium Grant in 2003 led by Andrew Crummy, with extra support from the Prestoungrange Arts Festival. Now they embrace drawing, painting and batik with new areas to be added as demand is manifest.

Some excellent works of art have already been created in the workshops and a public exhibition in April 2004 was the first major arts event at the reopened Prestoungrange Gothenburg. It is expected to become and annual event, along with exhibitions by many more local and national artists in the years ahead.
