Battlefield Archaeology Underway in the Pans ...

Some 264 years after the battle took place, archaeologists for the Battle Trust have begun to test the tales that have been told of that fateful day in 1745. This first major study began on February 27th under the field leadership of Natasha Ferguson from Glasgow University's Centre for Battlefield Archaeology.
