Arts and Craft Interior of James Fewell Bar Widely Acclaimed

The restoration completed for the James Fewell Bar has won widespread acclaim nowhere more so than in an exceptional piece by Jim Gilchrist for the Interiors Section of The Scotsman.

Jim Gilchrist had an especial interest in our interior because we are a Gothenburg - an amenity on which he wrote a major feature in 1996 entitled "Twlight of The Goths", and he was pleased to eat his earlier words when he saw what was afoot at the rejuvenated Prestoungrange Gothenburg.
