Lea-Anne Cook to Lead Arts Festival Charity's GothMembership Team
GothMembership Powers on to 1000
Signed up supporters of the Prestoungrange Arts Festival Charity can, as many will know, use their Charity Membership Card to gain GothPoints when making purchases of non alcoholic goods and services at the Prestoungrange Gothenburg [and shortly from The Goth @ The Pennypit]. And each week on Tuesday there is a £100 Members' Draw with roll-overs if the winner is not present and economically active! On occasions it has reached £2000 before the winner emerges.
Support for the Arts Festival Charity has risen steadily over the first 18 months since its launch and we are delighted that it is now approaching 700 Members from Prestonpans and Vicinity.
But we are certainly not satisfied with that for the longer term. We are keen to reach 1000 and then surge beyond as soon as possible. Lea-Anne Cook who has worked at The Goth since it reopened has volunteered to take in-house responsibility for making that all happen. She will be ensuring that all visitors are invited to support the Charity and also issuing the familiar GothMembers' Green Passports to those who have joined already for use up and down the High Street. The scheme offers good consumable benefits back at The Goth once 10 shopping opportunities have been realised at a minimum of £2 each here in town.
