Guidelines for Burriss Bursary 2004/ 2005

News Net reported on January 22nd 2004 that an Annual Burriss Arts Bursary of £2000 has been established for students and non-professional artists in Prestonpans and Vicinity.

Jeanette Burriss' own work in 1928 was noted there and has recently been published by the Prestoungrange Arts Festival. It is available from The Prestoungrange Gothenburg price £7.50 - with all profits helping to fund the Bursary.

P.S. Kristine Cunningham, the Arts Festival PRO, later got welcome press coverage on April 2nd for the Bursary in the News in the same issue as the Licensing Magistrates announed the Provisional Licence for The Prestoungrange Gothenburg.
