Wednesday September 17th:   
12 noon/ 13.00 hrs - Proclamation of King James VIII and III at the Mercat Cross, Edinburgh 
Late PM - Reception & Exhibition at The Scottish Parliament @ Holyrood 
Thursday September 18th:  [Entrance free but Registration needed] 
10.00/ 17.30 hrs - Battle Symposium, Conference & Exhibition @ Prestonpans Community Centre  
19.30 hrs - Battle of Pots and Pans presented at Community Centre 
Friday September 19th:  
10.00/ 15.30 hrs - Battle Symposium continues @ Community Centre 
[12noon/ 14.00 hrs - Prince Charles Edward's Council  at The Sheep Heid and his meeting with Beatrix Jenkinson + Cottage scene all @ Duddingston]  
18.00 onwards - Occupation of Prestonpans by redcoat army of General Sir John Cope accompanied by Alan Breck Prestonpans Volunteers/ RBL Pipes and Drums/ [+ Highlanders]  
19.00 hrs onwards - All Re-enactors Supper & Scottish/ Pipe Music at The Prestoungrange Gothenburg, James Fewell Bar  
Saturday September 20th: 
05.00 hrs - Highlanders 'Walking the Riggonhead Defile' from Tranent/ Seton Collegiate  
07.30 hrs - Walkers' Highlanders' breakfast@ The Prestoungrange Gothenburg 
9.30/10.30 hrs - Military Camp @ Bankton House welcomes visitors  
10.45 hrs - Bankton House skirmish resulting in mortal wounding of Colonel Gardiner  
11.45 hrs -  Muster at Battle Bing and Waggonway and return with Pipes and Drums to Luncheon  
13.00/14.00 hrs - Re-enactors Luncheon at The Prestoungrange Gothenburg 
14.30 hrs - Re-enactment of Battle at Cuthill Park [with canon fire] 
15.30 hrs - Redcoats flee to Pittenween by boat or are taken prisoner and marched to be interrogated at The Prestoungrange Gothenburg and on beach there 
19.00 hrs - Ceilidh and Buffet Supper at Prestonpans Community Centre 
22.30hrs - Stand down
