Goth's Future on the Bar .. February 19th @ 6pm .. please come along and have your say!

If you want to see The Goth continue and develop along the lines it has followed since 2004, please come along and explore how, with your support, it can!

Gordon Prestoungrange announced in the autumn last year that The Gothenburg [The Goth] will be put up for sale in April 2017. But he was optimistic that the 'community at large' might wish to get in first to ensure it carries forward the traditions which frankly date back to 1908 - those famed Gothenburg Principles!

On Friday February 19th an Open Meeting is being held at The Goth from 6pm.

Everyone is invited to come along and express views and explore whether the 'community at large' wants to take it forward or see it offered on the open market.

The East Lothian Courier has told the background. Naturally it's to be hoped as many as possible will attend. And Chef Andrew Laurie can cater for any supper needs whilst the new Fowler's Brewers Sean Wood and Lewis Kent can discuss their plans too!
