"She is Right!" - South Australian Exhibitions welcome 7000 visitors .. New Year beckons with visits to Hobart, Albury, Sydney and Otagao!

Never really in doubt, but grand to see so many enjoying the exhibition on its Final Night Sunday December 13th, with The Grand Concert to celebrate!

Jenny Bruce, the Tour Director for the Diaspora tapestry DownUnder reports: 'The Concert was a resounding success with over 300 people attending. Eric Bogle and The Borderers playing, pipe bands, Highland dancers. And Yes, costumed Victorian ladies in attendance.

'Over 7000 people [5600 in Adelaide alone] have visited the exhibition and they've been overhelmed with admiration at the artwork.

'The Visitors' Comments Book is overflowing with wonderful praise.'

Jillian's Always Stitching BlogSpot in Adelaide had happy comments to report as well LINKED DIRECTLY HERE

[Ed. And of course, those of us back in Scotland just seeing the pictures are delighted and jealous that we too aren't DownUnder. Well done Jenny .. keep enjoying yourself too much ... Apparently she's personally off painting and sketching in SA wine country ... for relaxation ...]

New freight boxes are despatched to Hobart to replace those damaged en route to Goolwa from Paris early December .. no damage to the panels!

P.S. Next host, Neil, already reports safe arrival in Hobart, where the exhibition opens in January till Burns Night.
