Arts Festival and Fowler's Keep Their Campaign Rolling ..

The Arts Festival has, as most will by now have guessed, absolutely no intention of going anywhere quietly. After recent meetings with Historic Scotland on their application for Listing of the Old Fowler's HQ, Tom Ewing is now able to report that the collection of signatures from 10% of the voting roll in Prestonpans is now nearly achieved.
