PC Mural in Goteborg

The field visit to Goteborg was not a quest for murals or for arts and tourism, but when there's a mural to see its hard to avoid looking for the story behind it.

This mural appears to be a politically correct statement about athletics. Hopefully before too long the story will emerge...

It stands all alone, not a component of any murals trail but positioned as it is at a busy intersection on the city's old canal moat, it obviously took more than an overnight ladder to accomplish and there was a second mural too, on closer inspection. This neatly laid arrangement of knives and forks is to be found on the wall at the botanical gardens teashop.
