Salem's Advice Elicited re The Pans 81 Witches

Salem's Director of Education to Visit Prestonpans

October 31st 2004 was a memorable day in the Pans. It was the occasion when descendants of the town's 81 witches received Pardons granted by the Barons Courts earlier in the year. It gained worldwide attention, including coming to the notice of staffs in Salem, Mass.

As the Barons Courts pledged at that time, each and every anniversary the 81 Prestonpans witches will be remembered. To help determine how that can be properly and well accomplished the Barons Courts are delighted that Salem's Director of Education, Alison D'Amario, who is holidaying in Scotland with her daughters this May/ June, will make a visit to The Gothenburg May 30th. And later in the year Officers of the Courts expect to return the visit to Salem. Early press comment in Scotland and Salem is given below:
