Online Registered 'Battle Campaign' Supporters Invited Face to Face ... if they can!

New Year 2007 Briefings for Online Registered Supporters

As promised when we last met face-to-face in November 2006 we are convening our next Face-to-Face Briefings on 1745 Battle Campaign Progress firstly in Edinburgh at Weymss House on January 24th 2007 at 6 pm and/ or secondly at The Prestoungrange Gothenburg on February 28th also at 6 pm.

All Registered Onliner Supporters of the campaign are most welcome [as are all who are about to Register!]. On both occasions refreshments will be provided, but please let us know if you can make it by emailing to waukin@battleofprestonpans1745.org or telephone 01875 819922

The January 24th 2007 Briefing is at the National Trust's HQ under the auspices of the Royal Society for The Encouragement of the Arts [RSA] and February is our own 'regular' quarterly local briefing. We do of course realise that many of our strongest Supporters live afar in Australia and North America. For them, please accept this notice with our assurance that we shall table the Reports arising on this website directly afterwards.

Much is afoot, as you would hope, including a deliberate strategy to have a major impact and celebration on September 21st 2007 at the Battle of Prestonpans Memorial Bing.

But as suggested above, if you can attend on January 24th or February 28th, please be confirming to waukin@batleofprestonpans1745.org as soon as possible or telephone 01875 819922
