Gaelic Signage in The Pans in time for Highlanders this September

Here's hoping that the Highlanders can follow the Gaelic signage on September 19/ 20/ 21 when our annual re-enactments take place once again at Greenhills

As well as Greenhills of course, where the redcoat's Dragoons will again be in attendance [and flight!] by popular demand ... the Riggonhead Defile will of course be walked at Saturday dawn on 20th [with the medal to be won]. And most particularly the Highlanders will have the opportunity to unveil the new English/ Gaelic interpretation boards atop the Battle Bing at Meadowmill.

Once again the campaign to make proper use of Gaelic hereabouts has been supported by Bord na Gaidhlig with a grant of £6,000 for the Council to erect street signage and towards the Trust's restoration of the interpretation boards.
