'Grotesque' Ceiling at The Prestoungrange Gothenburg

Andrew Crummy's fine new ceiling at The Prestoungrange Gothenburg in the 16th Century 'grotesque style' has attracted no end of comment from patrons there in the James Fewell Bar - and from the media. [He is shown left with Adele Conn, Montjoye for the Arts Festival both standing above the Jug Bar].

The new ceiling was alluded to as Napier University hosted a Press Conference in Murchiston Tower to launch Annemarie Allan's new historical series booklet # 17: The Painted Ceiling of Prestoungrange - 1581 [she is pictured with that original ceiling at Napier University, right]
